EpicMixPhotoFeb14Raised on the East Coast of England, Rachel Britton moved with her husband, and young baby from London to the United States in 1995. In London she worked in the publishing industry, including national newspapers such as The Independent and magazine publisher BBC Magazines.

Since then, Rachel has lived in the United States with her husband and three children. She earned her MA in Religion from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary in May 2011.  Prior to this, Rachel served as a member of the ministry staff to women at Grace Chapel, a non-denominational church in Lexington, Massachusetts. She is the author of the popular devotional women@grace,

Rachel published her book Prayer Zone Workout for the Heart in July 2012. In it she shares how the two disciplines of physical exercise and prayer came to intersect in her life, and how each made the other more fruitful. Through directed prayer exercises and thoughtful journal entries, Prayer Zone Workout offers an accessible path to spiritual and physical wellness. Passionate about physical exercise, Rachel is an avid skier, biker, and walker.

Now, she juggles writing, blogging, running a home, being a wife, a mother to three teenage children, and a part-time farmer to six chickens. She likes to travel, particularly back to England, and explore new places in the USA and further afield with her family.
